Satisfaction Guarantee

ArtMyWay prides itself on our craftsmanship and product line. We at ArtMyWay do our best to ensure our customers' total satisfaction. We guarantee the quality of all of the products offered on our website. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) upon receipt please contact us at returns@artmyway.com within 30 days in order to resolve the situation.

NON- PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
If you ordered a non-personalized ArtMyWay product, you may return it within 30 days for either a replacement or a full refund.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
If you ordered a personalized ArtMyWay product, and there is a defect in the product itself or the workmanship you may return it within 30 days for a replacement. Upon receipt of the return we will review it and determine the defect and replace the product immediately. Due to the uniqueness of our product, ArtMyWay relies solely on the customer to pay close attention during the ordering process. Therefore, ArtMyWay cannot be held accountable for the following situations that are beyond our control:

● Spelling errors, punctuation, or inaccuracies in text entered by the customer. We offer the preview process in order to eliminate any errors from slipping through. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to proofread and correct any errors within their personalized poster prior to completing the order. ArtMyWay does not proofread or correct any customer errors prior to processing and shipping the order.

● Poor image quality due to low resolution photos being uploaded by the customer. If you choose to upload a photo with a low resolution or a blurry photo, your photo may not appear clear in your final printed poster. ArtMyWay cannot increase your photo's resolution and will not be held responsible or contact customers in this instance.

● Errors in customer designated preferences. This includes features such as enhancing, cropping, or editing your photos, as well as character limits within text input. Also included is your choice of finished product option, etc.

Although ArtMyWay is not responsible for these types of customer generated errors, we are more than willing to work with you to resolve any problem that you may have. Please contact us at returns@artmyway.com if you receive any product you are not satisfied with and we will be glad to help.
