WILL MY PERSONALIZED ART BE THE SAME COLOR I SEE ON MY SCREEN WHEN I RECEIVE THE ACTUAL PRODUCT? top
We at ArtMyWay try our hardest to ensure that the product you see on your screen is exactly what you get. Unfortunately, colors vary based on the computer monitor a person has as well as your computer’s web browser and operating system. Therefore, you may see colors a shade off from what it actually is. To avoid these problems, you can calibrate your monitor using special color profiling devices.

I RECEIVED MY PERSONALIZED ART AND NOW SOMEBODY ELSE WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE THE EXACT ONE, HOW DO I DIRECT THEM TO ORDER IT? top
In order for someone else to order the exact personalized art you received, you can do one of two things – 1) Share the personalized art with them via email and upon the creation of their new account they can place an order themselves, or 2) You can place the order from your order history by clicking "reorder" next to the personalized art you wish to receive a duplicate of.

DOES THE STRETCHED CANVAS COME WITH A FRAME? top
Our ArtMyWay stretched canvas artworks do not come with a frame, however they do arrive in your hands completely ready to hang. The process in which the canvas is stretched around wooden stretcher bars eliminates a need for the frame. If you wish to have it framed, you can take it to a local frame shop and they should be able to add the frame. Alternatively, you can choose the framed print option rather than the stretched canvas option during the ordering process. Both display your personalized art beautifully.

CAN I ADD MORE THAN ONE PHOTO IN A PHOTO OPENING? top
There is a holding capacity of one photo per photo opening. We currently do not have capability of offering the ability of placing more than one photo in a photo opening.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EDIT AN AREA THAT IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED ON A PERSONALIZED ARTWORK? top
If an area is not highlighted within an artwork, it is not editable.

MY TITLE WILL NOT FIT IN THE ALLOWED CHARACTER SPACE, CAN THAT BE CHANGED? top
Upon creating personalized artwork, our professional designers have determined a specific amount of characters that can fit into any given area at the smallest readable size for that font. This cannot be altered as any additional characters would cause the area to display inaccurately and perhaps not be read at all. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OR FONT STYLE ON ANY GIVEN ARTWORK? top
Upon creating personalized artwork, our professional designers have created the artwork based on their artistic talents. The color or font shown is what was chosen to go with this particular artwork to enhance its overall design and it cannot be altered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

MY FRIEND HAS AN ARTWORK THAT I WOULD LIKE TO USE, IS THERE AN EASY WAY FOR ME TO FIND IT? top
During the artwork search option you can click on and view a given artwork. At the bottom information will display about the artwork id. You can simply search the artworks using the artwork id to locate it.

PHOTO UPLOADING

CAN I MAIL MY PICTURES? top
ArtMyWay makes it easy for our customers to upload photos directly to our website in order to avoid the need for mailing photos. At this time we do not accept mailed photos.

CAN I ONLY UPLOAD JPG PHOTOS OR IS A BMP OR TIF FILE OKAY TOO? top
At this time the only photo files our website supports are .jpg photo files. ArtMyWay is constantly improving our website and functions available to better accommodate each and every one of our customers. Please check back with us regularly to see if this has changed.

DO YOU HAVE A FTP SITE FOR UPLOADING? top
ArtMyWay currently does not offer a FTP site for uploading photos as our picture upload assistant eliminates the need for FTP use.

WILL THE PICTURE UPLOAD ASSISTANT CAUSE A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER? top
The picture upload assistant will cause no interference with any new or existing programs on your computer. It is a browser plug in only, not a stand alone program.

MY UPLOADED PHOTO IS NOT CLEAR, HOW CAN I CHANGE THAT? top
If the photos you have uploaded are physical photos that you personally scanned in, they would just need to be scanned again at a higher resolution (dpi setting on your scanner). If the photos were downloaded from a digital camera the first thing you would check is if they were compressed or altered in any way from the original downloaded file. If they were, you would simply upload the original file instead. If they were not altered in any way and you are viewing the image just as it was taken, there is nothing that can be done about the clarity of the photo. The photo is reflecting that the digital camera used to take the photo was set at a lower resolution. The only way to resolve the problem would be to reset the camera’s resolution and retake the photo.

GIFT RELATED

CAN I HAVE A GIFT CARD INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER? top
Currently ArtMyWay does not offer an option to include a gift card with your order. We do offer gift certificates redeemable towards anything within the store. The gift certificates are customizable including the ability to add a personal message to them.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES? top
Currently ArtMyWay does not offer gift wrapping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

CAN I SEND MY PERSONALIZED ART TO SOMEBODY AS A GIFT?  top
During the ordering process you will be asked for your shipping and billing address. If you wish to send someone a gift, simply input their information in the shipping area. Your information including payment will be placed in the billing area.

WILL THERE BE A RECEIPT IN MY ORDER? top
Your ArtMyWay order will be shipped with an invoice that simply shows billing and shipping names; you can rest assured that if you are having a gift sent to somebody it will certainly not include any pricing information.

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? top
We currently ship internationally. You can view the list of countries we currently ship to as well as shipping price in your shopping cart.

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING PER PRODUCT OR PER ORDER? top
When placing an order, shipping will be calculated for the entire order and charged only once for the entire order. This is true regardless of if all of your products ship together or separately. You will only encounter one shipping charge.
